You’ve probably heard the word adaptogen thrown around like confetti,  in smoothies, serums, and now… sparkling drinks. But what actually is an adaptogen?
In short: adaptogens are natural substances (often plants or mushrooms) that help your body adapt to stress and restore balance. Think of them as your body’s personal assistants, stepping in when life gets chaotic and helping keep things running smoothly.
At OOM, we use adaptogens like Ashwagandha (to calm stress), Reishi (to restore balance), and Panax Ginseng (to energise focus). They don’t force your body into relaxation or stimulation, they gently nudge it toward what it needs most.
