Ellie & Will
OOM was born during lockdown, when the siblings' interest in functional mushrooms and alternative wellness turned into something they wanted to share. Ellie brought eight years in hospitality and drinks, plus a background in creative direction and building community. Will brought a financial background and his work as a private chef. Together, equal consideration goes into what's in the drink and how it actually tastes.
